1. Protection of Personal Data
The owners/operators process your personal data only if given consent by the customer or for the execution of the order/booking you have placed for the purposes agreed upon with you, or if there is another legal basis (within the meaning of the GDPR). Only such personal data are collected that are necessary for the performance and processing of our tasks and services or data that you have voluntarily provided to us.
2. Your Rights to Information and Deletion (Data Subject Rights)
You have the right to information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction, objection, data transfer, restriction of processing, as well as blocking or deletion of incorrect/inadmissibly processed data.
You also have the right to revoke any consent given for the use of your personal data at any time. To exercise your data subject rights (information, deletion, correction, objection, and/or data portability), please contact the persons specified in the imprint.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been otherwise violated, you have the option to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
3. Use of Data – Security
The data provided to us will not be processed for purposes other than those set by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. This excludes the use for statistical purposes, given that the data provided has been anonymized.
We have implemented organizational and technical measures in line with state-of-the-art technology to ensure the protection of your personal data (protection against abusive use both from within and from outside, such as through firewalls, encryption, access controls, etc.). However, it cannot be ruled out that errors in data transfer not caused by us or unauthorized access by third parties (hackers, etc.) may result in information being viewed or used by other individuals. We do not assume liability for such abusive use unless it has been caused by us negligently.
4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties (Transmission)
In principle, we do not provide your personal data to third parties. However, it may be necessary to transmit your data to third parties to fulfill your order/booking or for legal reasons. These may include authorities, legal representatives, tax consultants, or other involved third parties (including processors acting on our behalf). In this case, the transfer of your data is based solely on the GDPR (due to your consent, fulfillment of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, etc.).
Please also note that we may transfer your personal data to recipients (see above) outside of your country. However, we transfer your personal data only and exclusively based on the GDPR (adequate level of data protection or by implementing measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection).
5. Storage/Deletion of Data
We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The retention of data also occurs for evidential purposes, taking into account limitation periods or as long as a claim (liability) against us is possible.
